About me
Born on a Monday, I was told on many occasions that it suited me well, as someone who regularly takes up new challenges, develops new habits, takes new resolutions... some of which I even keep. Mondays, they represent possibility. They act as a reset button to our good intentions. Anything can happen from Monday on. That's mondaycoach.
I am French national living and working in Luxembourg. Having held various knowledge management & organisational learning positions in various sectors, I have over 10 years experience nudging people across organisational silos to better collaborate so that they can navigate change together. This gave me a unique learning curve at the intersection of organisational psychology, management sciences, information sciences, HR management, change management and even neurosciences.
In parallel, a series of life-changing events led me to develop my own resilience in the face of adversity and change. And in 2018, I made the decision to complete this shift by reorganising my life and building an expertise and a business to work alongside individuals who are struggling due to their unique and often misunderstood brain wiring, and ways of being.
I am a graduate of the Professional Advanced ADHD Coach Training Certification Program delivered by the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA). This is a US-based, ICF-certified coaching curriculum especially designed for coaching individuals with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) traits.
